    All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your order.
  2. Order Timeline:
    Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for design, creation, and delivery. Rush orders may not be accepted.
  3. Advance Payment:
    A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order. Full payment may be requested for certain custom or high-value items. Work will begin only after the advance is received.
  1. Final Approval by Seller:
    All custom orders will be confirmed only after a detailed discussion. The final design and price will be approved by the seller/artist before proceeding with production.
  2. Custom Orders:
    We gladly accept custom orders! Please note that customizations are subject to availability and feasibility. All designs and details will be finalized in discussion with the seller/artist.
  3. Shipping & Delivery:
    Free delivery within 2 km of the seller’s location. Shipping charges will vary based on distance and courier rates for locations beyond 2 km. Customers will be informed of the exact shipping cost during the order discussion.
